private Investment Syndication Program
is widely popular with invited
investors pooling their resources and
, share risks and undertake a variety
of projects - retail, commercial, industrial,
entertainment and residential. It also
allows for a lower level of investments
ranging typically from about US$50,000
to US$100,000 or more. Syndicates typically
comprise about twenty or less investors
and are opened only to potential investors
registered with us and not marketed
to the general public.
For each private
syndication program, a British Virgin Islands company is formed.
The investors will wholly own the company and
share certificates will be issued. Formal shareholders
and project agreements are entered into which
set out the rights and entitlements of all parties
under the legal jurisdiction of laws of Singapore.
To facilitate and manage all aspects of the project,
we are appointed to manage the BVI company. Private investment
syndication programs covers a variety
of purposes, including short term development
projects, land development schemes, provision
of mezzanine finance to third parties and the
purchase of commercial, industrial and investment
residential properties. |
